Our History

Elaine’s Mobile Hairdressing was established in the fields of West Oxfordshire and has been looking after peoples appearances for over 20 years. Having qualified as a hairdresser in 1988, Elaine had been working in salons in Witney, refining her skills and exploring her passion for style and colour. 

However, after several years in the industry she realised that salons were too expensive, weren’t focusing time or care to their individual clients and were not providing the service she thought customers deserved.

As a result of that she decided to set up Elaine’s Mobile Hairdressing, a new venture  to provide her clients with superior quality haircuts and styling, at affordable prices, all in the comfort of their own home. To give her clients the superb quality that she knows they deserve, she uses professional, high quality products that give her customers the styling and finish they desire.

Along with high grade products, she dedicates a lot of time to her clients ensuring that what she does is exactly as the client wants; and that the end result is as desired. By spending time to listen and understand what the client wishes, she is am able to gain a large amount of knowledge for each client on their styles,  something salons struggle to do.
