Most frequent questions and answers
We try to cover as much of Oxfordshire area as possible. Based in Witney we are central to most of the county and are happy to accommodate where possible. However, we mainly focus on the West Oxfordshire district including: Witney, Carterton, Bampton, Aston, Standlake, Eynsham, the Hanboroughs, Enstone and Oxford. If you are unsure if we cover your area feel free to contact us.
Elaine has been qualified with a City and Guilds in Hairdressing since 1988 with an Advanced Diploma in Colouring. Keeping her finger on the pulse of current trends she continues to refine her skills with new courses and classes.
Yes. We believe in looking after our senior community members and automatically discount all services for them.
Colouring your hair brings you a new look and can make you feel refreshed and revived. However, if you’re wanting to colour your hair for the first time, or you are using a new colouring product, we always advise on doing a patch test; ideally on the underside of your arm. A patch test will indicate if you have an allergy or sensitivity to the product being used.
Before we colour anyones hair we will always undertake a patch test before your appointment to ensure your safety.
We are open Monday to Friday 9 – 6:30 and Saturday 9 – 5.
We do offer out of hours appointments for weddings, special occasions and in certain other circumstances; please contact us for more details.
